Our Avalon (Atlanta) store is the setting for a whole new way of presenting Whole Foods Market's core values and differentiators to our customers. A series of UX devices – both digital and analog – were created to engage and enchant customers through playful and informative experiences. Working closely with the digital storytelling firm Second Story, we developed the devices to work holistically as a customer moves through the store. The result is a series of user experiences that are tactile, delightful, and accessible; a memorable way to educate, raise awareness, and ultimately empower our customers to make informed purchasing decisions.
